Paul Reynolds FMAAT and Tim Light FMAAT

Paul and Tim first met at Hampshire County Council in the 1970s. They are now really delighted to be working together again to deliver a high quality audit service to the local council sector and now schools as well as voluntary organisations.

Fair Account was established in 2002, by Paul Reynolds FMAAT, at the outset of the 'Lighter Touch' internal audit regulations for Local Councils. It has since become well known and respected for providing a top quality and independent internal audit service to Town and Parish Councils across the South and Southwest of England.

In 2011 Fair Account was delighted to announce an association with Lightatouch Internal Audit Service operated by Tim Light FMAAT and past president of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

This now includes schools and independent examinations to charities and voluntary organisations.
